Tasmania

Tasmania offers an abundance of diverse landscapes, including ancient rainforests, pristine waterfalls, rugged coastlines, and wildlife-rich national parks. The island was previously a penal colony, and shades of its convict past still remain at Port Arthur – now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the other corner of the Island, the Gordon River is yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site that takes one a full day to truly explore and appreciate. Towards the centre of the island is Cradle Mountain – one of Australia’s most recognizable peaks – which takes a different persona in different seasons.

If you’re looking for a laid back, yet rugged experience, Tasmania offers one an experience that is very unique.
