Western Australia is huge… and it’s wild. This is one of the largest open stretches of land on the planet that is so isolated, and it makes for some other-worldly images. One of my favourite spots is Namburg National Park – and in particular, Pinnacles Desert. With generally fine weather all year round, it offers some of the darkest skies and the best locations for a star studded experience.
Further to the south of Western Australia, lie the Margaret River area which is home to a series of limestone caves. The area is bordered by Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste. The state straddles both the Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean, and is a spectacularly beautiful part of the world.
